Refund policy


Thank you so much for your purchase. If for some reason you require a return, exchange or refund, please email us within 7 days and we will assist you in your return.

We are trying our best to be mindful, focused and present. Please now that your message is important to us and we will endeavour to reply as soon as we can give you our full attention. (usually 2-5 days). Thank you, stay present.

Note: Any items purchased at a discounted price or special offers/deals are not exchangeable and cannot be refunded.

Damaged goods

Unfortunately we are posting a delicate product and from time to time the glass may break due to rough handling by couriers. We sincerely apologise if this happens to you. We take great care in packing them, however can not predict how they are handles along the way. If your candle is broken upon delivery, please email us a photo along with your oder number/invoice and we will happily post another one out to you immediately at our cost.

We only exchange goods if incorrect order has been received or good are damaged. Please email us order number and details and we will guide you on the return. Please allow up to 10 working days (usually sooner) once your return has been received. Don't forget to let us know which item you require for the exchange. Email:


Should you require a refund for damaged good or if you are unhappy, please email us your name and order number, along with the reason and we will email you instructions of returning the item. Please allow 5-10 working days for us to process your refund once we have received delivery back. Refunds will be made into the original account you paid with less shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not damaged.

If you are returning and shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
